• Chatbot Interaction Data: Transcripts or summaries of chatbot conversations, user-provided messages, attachments (images/documents) if you submit them.
• Automated Posting Data: Content you create for posting via social-media, scheduling metadata, analytics/performance data drawn from same.

1.4 How We Use Your Data

We use your Personal Data for the following purposes:

• To provide, maintain and improve the Services (including chatbot automation, posting, analytics).
• To authenticate and link your social-media accounts and maintain integration.

Where applicable under law, we rely on:

• Your consent (e.g., for linking social-media accounts, for marketing communications).
• Performance of a contract (providing the Services you request).
• Legitimate interests (e.g., improving services, detecting misuse) provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.

1.6 Data Disclosure and Third-Party Services

• We may disclose your Personal Data to:
  • Meta and other social-media platforms as required to enable integrations.
  • Service providers (hosting, analytics, customer-support, payment processors) under contract ensuring confidentiality.
  • Legal/regulatory authorities if required by law or to protect rights of Multiserve or others.
• We may use third-party tools for analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.).

We may transfer Personal Data to servers or service-providers located outside Sri Lanka (including regions where social-media platforms are headquartered or operate). We ensure that such transfers are done in compliance with applicable data-protection laws and that appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) are in place.

We retain your Personal Data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes in Section 2.4, comply with laws, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and as permitted by you.
