1.1 Introduction

Welcome to Multiserve. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, chatbot services, social-media integration, automation features, mobile apps and any other services we provide (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you accept and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1.2 Who We Are

We are Multiserve, registered in Sri Lanka, offering automation of chatbots and social-media postings, integration with Meta channels (Instagram, Facebook etc.) and related services.

1.3 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services in compliance with:

●      all applicable laws and regulations;

●      Meta’s Platform Policies (see: https://developers.facebook.com/policy/) and any other upstream platform rules;

●      the terms of this agreement.
 You must not:

●      use the Services for any unlawful or harmful purpose;

●      violate the rights of others (privacy, intellectual property, etc.);

●      attempt to circumvent or interfere with the integrity or security of the Services or underlying systems.

1.4 User Accounts & Access

If you create an account with us or connect your account (e.g., via Meta login/API), you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

1.5 Content Ownership and Rights

●      You retain ownership of any data, text, media or other content you upload or send via the Services (“Your Content”).

●      By using the Services, you grant Multiserve a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, transmit, display, process and otherwise use Your Content as needed to provide the Services (for example, to relay posts or chatbot messages).

●      You warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit Your Content, and that your use will not infringe third-party rights.

1.6 Data Integration with Social Media Platforms

When you integrate your social-media accounts via our Services (for example, with Meta’s Instagram, Facebook APIs), you acknowledge that:

●      the platform’s APIs and policies (including Meta’s Platform Policies) will govern the permitted uses of data and functionality;

●      your use of the Services may be subject to additional consent or permissions from the social-media platform;

●      multiserve is not responsible for changes to the upstream platform’s policies or APIs, and you may be required to agree to updated permissions or features.

1.7 Payment and Billing (if applicable)

If we charge for any Services, you will pay the fees in the amounts and on the terms we specify. We may suspend or terminate access if you fail to pay.

1.8 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services for any reason, including breach of these Terms or platform rules. You may also stop using the Services at any time. Upon termination, we may delete or anonymise Your Content in accordance with our Data Retention & Deletion Policy (see Section 4).

1.9 Disclaimer of Warranties

We provide the Services “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that outcomes will meet your expectations.

1.10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Multiserve’s liability arising from or related to the Services shall be limited to the amount you have paid us in the last twelve months. We are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages.

1.11 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time; we will post the revised Terms on our website with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

1.12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka (or arbitration if you prefer).
